When you purchase access, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal business use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us. Sharing your login credentials or leaking course materials will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.
Earnings & Results Disclaimer
AI Academics makes no guarantees regarding the financial results you may achieve by using our services. The "$20k/mo" and other income figures mentioned on our site are for illustrative purposes only and represent the results of specific students or the founder.
Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, work ethic, and market conditions. All business entails risk as well as massive and consistent effort and action. If you are not willing to accept that, please do not purchase this program.
Refund Policy & The "Action-Based" Guarantee
We stand behind our program with a 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee. Unlike standard "no questions asked" refunds, our policy is designed for serious operators who do the work.
To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have applied the course materials. You must submit proof that you have:

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the community and the course without refund if you violate these community standards or disrupt the learning environment for others.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall AI Academics, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Academics is established.
